In the recent issue of the Engineers Journal, Engineers Ireland online publication, DairyWater researcher, Dr. Jamie Goggins (NUI Galway), details one of his recent projects entitled: Building better in Ireland: Exploring nearly zero-energy building retrofit technologies.
